I just want to fix this problem simply and reliably so I can enjoy the sound of my home studio again. Please be gentle and detailed with your comments - I'm old and tired and don't have the time and energy I used to to keep up with technology and it's been years since I was trained in audio engineering. It would be ideal to get the audio into Logic - that way I could continue to make reference recordings for myself (which I do to help gauge my own improvements). Use Soundflower or some other idea to route audio from system to Logic - but then how can the audio interface have mic input hit Logic at the same time? I think I've also created feedback this way - which I despise and will avoid at all costs. Kanto Karaoke is one of the best Karaoke Player available also for computers with MAC operating system. I've tried eqMac and it's buggy and crashes a lot. Kanto Karaoke is fully compatible with all macOS versions, Mojave and Catalina 10.15 included The MAC version is almost identical to the Windows version with only minor differences that we want to illustrate here. In the absence of this setup, I have two choices - both of which I've tinkered with a bit but I find problems with: Find vacation packages, hotels, restaurants, tours and things to do in Catalina Island's two towns, Avalon and Two Harbors. I don't believe my new U-Phoria UMC404HD Audiophile 4x4 allows for that aux input. I had been running audio 1/8" jack out from laptop into aux input of ProTools Digi002 and then putting that on a channel strip in logic so that it would benefit from being compressed and eq'd - better ability to mix with the vocals and the EQ on the master bus corrected the horrible sound of my Yamaha studio monitors which are shrill and brassy.

#KJAMS CATALINA SOFTWARE#
When I upgraded to Catalina, it broke the existing karaoke software (kJams 64-bit native not yet supported if I recall) so I decided to retire my aging ProTools Digi 002 and get a cheap Behringer interface that would port forward once I got a new MacBook (w/o Firewire support). Version 18 supports macOS Catalina 10.15, Mojave 10.14, High Sierra 10.13, Sierra 10.12, El Capitan 10.11.

I use my 2015 MacBook Pro for a home karaoke rig with Logic and (now) a USB audio interface.
